Communication is one of the most important things in a relationship, especially in our days. Due to the abuse of technology, communication between people had to suffer drastic changes.
In my opinion, communication is one of the main factors that make a relationship of any kind work.
Firstly, people get to know each other trough communication. You can’t expect anyone to understand what you’re feeling or going trough if you are not expressing it. Communication is the most effective method of letting your loved ones know what you are dealing with and how they can help or support you in any way.
Secondly, communication builds trust and trust is one of the most powerful feelings. In a relationship, we should be able to express our darkest fears or unobtainable goals and it makes us vulnerable in front of the other person. Letting someone know what is going on in your head is not always the easiest thing to do, but it helps create a stronger bond that anything else.
Therefore, I think communication is something we tend to forget about these days, but is one of the key ingredients to a healthy and relationship.
