In both pictures there's a house. The second similarity between these two is that they have 2 floors and an attic and we can see the windows faced towards us.
The first difference that I noticed right away is that in picture A we can see the surroundings as well (we see some people, a tree, a road) while picture B is a more close up. Another difference is that in picture B we see some laundry hung out to dry.
