To mantain my health I do a lot of sports and I male sure I have a balanced diet. To be good in health I make sure I do not eat food hight in carbohydrates. I eat a lot of fiber.

I try to eat green leagy vegetables every day. I reduce my sugar intake  to two tablespoons per day.

I read every day to have a really good mental health.  But above all, proper nutrition and exercise  are very important for a good health.
