1. I rarely exercise, but when I do, a little warm up consisting of stretching exercises and about 30 squats are best for me.
2. I have already made a schedule for my daily work out, but I have not respected it yet, since the pandemic started.
3. Well, I try to be as active as possible, meaning that I wake up early in the morning and walk around the apartment/house as much as I can.
4. I think different tips of squats, streching exercises, mountain climbers and push ups are exercises that anyone can do at home.
5. Being physically active helps me manage my weight better, reduce the risk of different heart diseases, be more relaxed and falls asleep faster.
6. Exercising helps us both physically and morally, making our bodies stronger and more resistant and improving our mood.
7. Looking after positive things, having nontoxic people that we surround ourselfs and that we can disscuss our problems and striving to have a balanced ratio between work and relaxation are, in my opinion, the proper way to a healthy mind.
8. I have seen many people squating while brushing their teeth. We can also answer the phone while standing up, go to someone instead of screaming to them, ride the bike more often and maybe dance when our favourite song is being played!
9. Of course I do! After all, these chores require walking and using our muscles.
10. I can't say I'm either more active or lazier. But, unfortunately, I am not as activate as I intended to be.
