1.When Lucy saw the water rising, she was scared. She though that everything was going to be ruined.
2.Lucy and Tom decided to rescue what they can take the stuff upstairs.
3.What made their work difficult was the fact that the electricity had cut out, so it was difficult to work in the dark.
4.Tom and Lucy felt selfish because they didn't have enough time to rescue their things too.
