When someone says”I would GO THERE.”, it shows that someone’s past habit of going there. It also shows that someone’s intention to go there, but under some specific circumstances undersstood from the context of conversation. If you look at the last use just mentioned, it can be interpreted as aa sort of planned prediction also !
