You must avoid processed foods and sugar. Also, staying hidrated is really important, as water cleanses the whole body from toxins.
Secondly, an active life is just as important as a healthy diet. If you want to lose weight or stay in shape, it is recommended to make physical activity at least 3 times a week or 30 minutes a day. You can simply go for a walk or try an easy work-out at home.
