Keep your body healty!
You need to do some sports for being healthy and fit. You don’t have to be healthy and fit for anyone, or just because you’re trying to get a job and you’re trying to impress the boss. You have to do it just for yourself, because It’s a good lifestyle and It is going to make you happy.
All you have to do is: eat more fruits and vegetables, at fixed hours.
And do at least 10.000 steps per day, And obvious very much sport. Take care of your skin and yourself.
