Hello Mr.Manager! I am writing this letter to complain about the double room i bought in Crown and Buchion Hotel in the Cotswalds. When I reached there , I got informed that the room is no longer avaliable. Is that ok? Like shall I accept it? It is cheaper so I would like the money back please. The single room is well cleaned, I appreciate that. And we ate pretty good at your restaurant. But I bought a double room because I am with my family! -Thank you, (numele tau) .
