2. It means someone's opinion or reaction to something he/she already tested. You have to be able to describe what you think about that thing, how you feel about it, and not what that person should do. Feedback is not an advice. Feedback should be descriptive, not evaluative! Feedback aims to maintain a certain balance, it is a response to a certain cause, it must not be a reaction to what triggered the cause, but only to the effect! Feedback must be a reaction to a behavior. Specifically, what YOU felt when you interacted with something.
