I am writing to you because I have stumbled upon some problems with the cooker I bought from your store. It only worked one time! And it wasn’t even when I first bought it. I tried adjusting it and making improvements there and there but no progress was done.

I would like a new one if that’s possible. If not, I would like my money back. Write back when possible.
